Founder & CEO
the curious builder of meaning
Maxime is interdisciplinary by training and moves effortlessly between technology, human behavior, and organizations. Elite sport taught her to deal with uncertainty, injuries taught her to let go. Research taught her that curiosity is the true engine of change.
She is known for her sharp intuition and her ability to distill complex themes into insights that resonate and drive action. In her work, she developed frameworks that have been used for years in workshops and trainings - not to provide answers, but to help people think for themselves about technology.

Co-founder & CTO
the thinker who builds
Vincent is an economist by training, but dedicated his career to exploring what new technology does to people, organizations, and societies. He didn't do this from the sidelines, but by building. He founded companies in Web3 and AI, developed products, and taught himself to code. This gave him firsthand experience of how organizations struggle with innovation adoption - and how technology sometimes seems to run faster than humans can follow.
He calls himself a cautious optimist: someone who believes technology can help us address complex challenges. He lived and worked in the United States, China, France, and the Netherlands. That international experience gave him a deep sense of context.
